Ross Hangebrauck, Chief Executive Officer
Hangebrauck spent five years in the Navy Special Forces working in various operational theaters around the world. Upon leaving, he immersed himself in various technology start-ups in Silicon Valley. From there, he moved to a major firm in the finance industry, managing the portfolios of prominent companies and individuals. This diverse background allows him to combine extensive tactical experience with a broad range of corporate knowledge.
Chuck O'Connor, Chief Tactical Officer
O'Connor spent a focused career in the Navy Special Forces, accruing decades of extremely rare first- and third-world tactical experience. After his military career, he has continued to provide a variety of services to the United States and eligible foreign governments. Because of this, he remains current with contemporary tactical practices and their implementation within agency, military, and police-department policies and procedures.
Geoffrey Baehr, Chief Technical Officer
Baehr brings a unique and wide-ranging background in technology and finance to his role at North Vector. As a partner with US Venture Partners, he continues to keep his finger on the pulse of cutting-edge technologies, overseeing and assessing investments in networking, wireless, security devices and systems, enterprise software, and operating-systems software. For 13 years, Baehr was the Chief Network Officer and Networking CTO for Sun Microsystems, where he led strategy and development of technology in all forms of networking, security, and communications. His areas of expertise include network protocols, security and encryption technology, radio communication, spread spectrum communications devices and packet, trunked, satellite, and other radio communication systems. He also has extensive experience in large-scale-systems design, switch design and usage, physical and logical security systems, key management, intrusion detection, computer and voice-network security, along with data intercept, and traffic analysis.
A.J. Altman, Director
Altman started his career as an engineer at Intel Corporation, working in Silicon Valley, Portland, and Munich. Filling a variety of roles during those years, he provided long-term product and market planning advice for the company's core business leadership. Leaving Intel, Altman supported the Department of Defense as a strategy consultant, then served as an Intelligence and Infantry Officer in the United States Marine Corps.
Scot Spooner, Director
Spooner has a career of experience as a key operator in the Army Special Forces community. For the last decade, Spooner’s primary tactical focus has been on explosives and all aspects of breaching. In addition to spending three years as the primary explosives instructor at the John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and Schools, he has served as the Senior Non Commissioned Officer in charge of a specialized breaching element, setting a new standard in the military explosives world.
Ed Stark, Director
Stark is a veteran of law enforcement, with a career spanning three decades. During that time, he has been assigned to a variety of highly specialized units, and is recognized as an expert in explosives and other disciplines. Stark works hand-in-hand with various state, federal and foreign entities, and provides explosives training and consultation both domestically and internationally. He is also heavily involved in research and development in explosives-related technology and product development.
